Our Story

Jackson Insurance Group was founded by a lifelong London, KY resident who recognized a major gap in accessible, high-quality insurance services throughout Laurel County and the surrounding areas. What began as a commitment to serve local families with honesty and expertise has grown into a trusted, community-focused agency rooted in compassion, clarity, and professionalism.
