This service comes at no additional cost to the customer. We are also authorized to assist small businesses in enrolling in SHOP programs available through Kynect.

We are also appointed through some of America’s largest Medicare Advantage and Medigap providers allowing us to provide our Medicare clients both accurate information and excellent products.

The JIG Portal is your one-stop shop to view your plan information and easily contact Jackson Insurance Group directly from the app. We offer a webapp as well as the ability to save it to your home screen to use as a normal iOS or Android application. In order to gain access to the JIG Portal, you must be a member with at least one existing policy. If you are a member and do not have an account, please call us.

Conveniently located on HWY US 25 in front of Finley’s Fun Center, we proudly offer both in-office and in-home appointments to meet our clients’ needs. We also have agents in other areas of Kentucky that are able to assist.
